In 2025 the SACCO secured residential land at Nakasajja Estate for members. Plots of 50 x 100 ft are sold at UGX 24.5 million each, payable in installments. The project was championed by the Investment Committee under Dr Emiku Joseph. Land is available to members and, in some cases, to non-members.

Eligibility
- Active SACCO member in good standing
- Completed land purchase agreement with the SACCO
- Borrower covers agreement, transfer, legal, transport, and surveyor fees where applicable
