Shares, savings, and borrowing power
Share capital is your ownership stake in the SACCO. It qualifies you for dividends approved at the AGM and confirms you as a co-owner with a vote.
Regular savings are separate from shares. They stay accessible for day-to-day needs and, together with your share capital, determine how much you can borrow, up to twice the sum of shares plus savings.
Minimum entry is 15 shares at UGX 10,000 each (UGX 150,000), plus a UGX 50,000 membership fee. A single member may hold shares not exceeding 75% of the SACCO's total shares.

Regular Savings
Your everyday SACCO account: deposit when you can and withdraw when you need to, subject to SACCO policy.

Fixed Savings
Fix your savings for 3, 6, or 12 months and earn 6.5% per annum interest. Early withdrawal forfeits all interest.

A group of members opens a joint savings account with signatories specified in the application.

Toto Savings
Save in a child's name, a dedicated account for members' children.
